Learn the critical skills necessary to meet the ever-increasing challenges of being an effective supervisor in today’s workplace. This five-part series will teach new and experienced supervisors the skills needed to properly motivate and direct their teams to meet company goals, objectives and law compliance. Emphasis is on mastering management techniques essential to the success of both the supervisor and the company. Each course consists of two full days of training. Courses Offered: I, II, III, IV and V.

Course 2: In Supervisory Skills II attendees learn how to motivate, delegate and how to make the best use of their time. This course focuses on identifying a supervisor’s individual strengths. Two-day class runs from 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy: If notice is four business days or more, a full refund will be made. If notice is less than four business days, or if you do not show up for the class, no refund will be made. NOTE: You may substitute another individual from your organization at any time and at no cost.
