What a great turnout for the Cameron County Financial Aid Night. Kurt Deutsch, PHEAA Representative, shared with parents Financial Aid options, what is included in the FAFSA and what items they would need to complete the application. After the event, he assisted parents with creating their FAFSA ID’s so that they are ready for the application process when it is rolls out in December. Jodi Guisto, from Northern PA Regional College, talked with parents about Duel Enrollment opportunities they have available right at the school for their students to start now to save them money and time later. If a parent missed the event, they have an opportunity to attend the Elk County Financial Aid Night that will be held Tuesday, September 26th at 6:15 at the St. Marys High School. If parents wish to create their FAFSA ID that night, they will need to bring their own laptop and cell phone. Questions can be directed to Amy Goode at amy@communityedcenter.com or 814-781-3437.
