Are you a new leader who was recently working along-side the people you are in charge of now? We can help with this transition to make it a better experience for new or upcoming leaders. Step into leadership with this engaging experience is focused on mastering mindset shifts, communication strategies, effective coaching and leading former co-workers with confidence.
Equip new team leads and managers with essential leadership skills to transition from frontline roles to supervisory positions. This program provides practical tools and strategies to enhance communication, problem-solving, and team management for operational success.
Session 1: August 6, 2026 – Mindset & Communication: Strengthen interpersonal skills and develop a leadership mindset for effective management with practical strategies to enhance workplace interactions, foster adaptability, and cultivate a positive team culture.
Session 2: August 13, 2026 – Coaching: Leaders learn simple, memorable coaching techniques that involve asking provocative questions, connecting at a human level, and energizing people into action and achieving goals.
Session 3: August 20, 2026 – Leading Former Peers: Equips new leaders with strategies to navigate role transitions, establish authority, and foster trust while managing former colleagues effectively.
About the Presenter: Chad Courtney, Operational Excellence Specialist
Chad Courtney draws on 20+ years in cabinet and fiberglass manufacturing, including plant and operations management. He’s led lean transformations, improved throughput and quality, and built cross-functional teams. Chad is known for a strong focus on operational safety, team leadership, and customer satisfaction.
