As a leader, every minute of every day counts. In those minutes, leaders need to make the most of conversations with their team members. Through high-energy activities, industrial-relevant videos, examples, and discussions, they will learn how to build trust and strengthen relationships, while mobilizing their teams to generate solutions and achieve goals.

Learning Targets:

Develop a deep understanding of communication styles and preferences
Enhance active listening and feedback mechanisms
Practice persuasive and influential communication
Strengthen interpersonal and team communication skills

About the Presenter: Molly Reichard, Culture Development Advisor

As NWIRC’s Culture Development Advisor, Molly leads employee development training geared for manufacturing companies across 13 counties of northwest and north central Pennsylvania during public sessions and onsite at their facilities. Molly is a certified DDI Facilitator, a certified Working Genius facilitator, and also the coordinator & facilitator for NWIRC’s Lean Together™ program.
